Cancellation policy

If the weather conditions do not allow sailing on the day the rental starts, the entire amount will be refunded, as long as it cannot be changed to another date.

Cancellation of private excursions:70% refund up to 10 days before departure.

If the client cancels the reservation request at least 10 days before departure, 70% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.

If you cancel less than 10 days before departure, no refund will be made.

If the user decides to end the rental before the arrival date, the days not used will not be refunded.

Cancellation of shared excursions:There is no refund of the reservation.
